Udo Jürgens (1934-2014), Sänger, Komponist und Pianist, verstand es wie kaum ein anderer, sein Publikum zu begeistern. Das "Porträt in Musik" wurde im Mai 1981 in der Schweiz und in den Studios des Saarländischen Rundfunks aufgezeichnet.
